vertical-align: baseline; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">1년 동안 재수를 하다 보면 온갖 부정적인 생각이 들고는 합니다. 동갑인 친구들이 대학을 가 즐겁게 생활하는 것을 볼 때면 나 혼자 뒤쳐진 느낌도 들고 기출 문제를 풀다 작년에 틀린 문제를 또 틀리면 자기 자신에게 화가 나기도 합니다. 사람인 이상 이런 감정이 드는 것은 어쩔 수 없다고 생각합니다. 하지만 너무 이런 감정에 휘둘리지 않으셨으면 좋겠습니다. 수험생활을 하다 들게 되는 부정적인 생각의 대부분은 고민한다고 해서 해결되는 문제가 아닙니다. 대학을 가고 싶다고 해서 당장 갈 수 있는 것도 아니며, 실수를 하지 않기를 바란다고 해서 실수가 없어지는 것은 아닙니다. 오히려 생각하면 생각할수록 멘탈을 갉아먹고, 공부를 방해하기만 할 뿐입니다. 그러니 본인의 정신건강과 공부를 위해서라도 부정적인 생각이 들 때는 최대한 빨리 멈추시길 바랍니다. 부정적인 생각이 들 때에 하던 공부를 그만두고 좋아하는 과목을 하는 것도 좋은 방법입니다. 저 같은 경우, 부정적인 생각이 들 때마다 머리를 비우고 쉬운 수학문제를 푸는 습관을 들였습니다. 힘든 수험생활동안 긍정적인 생각만 하고 살 수는 없겠지만, 최대한 부정적인 생각을 줄여서 효율적이고 건강한 수험생활을 하셨으면 좋겠습니다</span></p><p class="se-text-paragraph se-text-paragraph-align-justify " id="SE-082fe161-610d-43bf-b4f4-c42e9f18e8cb" style="margin-top: 0px;
